not sure if anyone can help, I'm due to upgrade my sim only plan to a
device plan tomorrow. does anyone know if the ability to upgrade will be
live at midnight? live chat are no help and are really quite
patronising.
thanks. I was hoping to do it tonight as I'm at work all day tomorrow
but I guess that's that plan scuppered! live chat now saying I have to
upgrade via the chat so I can have upfront costs removed. does this
sound right?
