I cant make or receive calls via my O2 esim but can via physical SIM on EE

I cant make or receive calls via my O2 esim which has been working OK up to today. Incoming and outgoing calls via the physical SIM on EE still work fine. I'm on an iPhone 12. Pls can anyone advise/help? Thanks
