Anyone else having issue with No Signal in Lancaster north Area ? been like this for 2-3 days now. O2 network team say it just the system are busy

Went into to o2 shop and there was a problem in area but also a problemwith e sim too so double whammy. The problem should only really have slowed me down . There not sure why e sim happen to give up ghost at same time. Perhaps pure fluke

dd insult to injury the esim on Apple watch with same number doesnt work either. So I guess thasts related too.

I have tried and covid-19 or not, why didnt they do what EE did and create a web form for people to complete. My order was for an esim as a new customer and i was told i get one but something has gone wrong with comms in o2.
