I have received an alert stating "New Voicemail Dial 123" On opening it
dials the speaking clock and charges 20p for the privilege, there also
seems to be no way of deleting alert.02 not any help at all. Is this a
scam or a bug in their system.
After speaking to some very helpful people at EE in Ireland who were
sure it was not their problem but spent time on it and gave me the
pointers that provided the solution. Very simply the voicemail settings
on my O2 phone had the voicemail number se...
Thanks for your prompt response.Your suggestion sort of makes sense as
the phone was on EE for a while but on a different phone number but of
course, the IMEI number is the same. I don't know which ID the phone
companies use for alerts. Anyway thanks...
