I am trying to look at my bill online. It shows I have some extra call
charges but when I click on the bill breakdown nothing shows up, just
the filter and sort options. The extra charges are shown if I download a
pdf copy of the bill.
48 hours is not much consolation for customers who can't even get in the
queue while tickets are being sold because your servers cannot cope with
the demand.
