I know you have to have your account updated if you swap from Android to
iPhone (iData ?) but do you need to do it the other way around? I've
changed from an iPhone to Samsung SIM free, using my O2 SIM from the
iPhone.
I had the same problem and the Twitter team resolved it within a day.
Turned out my account was still on iDATA from an iPhone I had a few
years ago. Since my last phone was an Android but did not have VVM I
hadn't noticed. VVM is now working brillian...
Yes, been doing that for years . I'm talking about the need for O2 to
"switch on" visual voicemail if you change from Android to iPhone (is it
called an iData bolt-on?); does it need to be "switched off" if you go
the other way?
