There are going to be people who like it and obviously others who won't. It's inevitable when things change. I quite like it personally. No need for a webmail link now (or wallet!).

Thanks for posting the thread! I had no email notification from O2 about this. They are getting worse. The new look website is fine. I am still very angry with the way they done this. I only came onto the O2 community to see if there was a reason why it had disappeared! I moved from O2 to Sky so I should have access still as I was told at the time of my move! I see no employee from O2 has bothered to post on here!! I'll wait and see what happens with my complaint!

The wallet board is included just until the services is 100% decommissioned.

Also, which webmail link do you refer to? I'll take a look.

I'm not keen on it at the moment!  It all seems too squished in the middle of the screen and the home screen seems a bit of a mish mash of designs.  Obviously it's early days so I'm sure I'll get used to it and it will improve with time!
