Hi my sky broadband has been down since Tuesday, the o2 reception is very poor inside calls drop and 4 g is very rare, what can I do as I’m paying for a service that I don’t receive I basically can’t use my phone indoors my postcode is ox14 3

Hello, How come when you used to be able to upgrade, you would receive a good offer for the amount of time you have been with o2, now its only new customers who get the good deals for upgrades and customer that have been with you since BT Celnet days...

i dot see there as being any perks at all refresh - the ebst is to wither buy phone out right and have a sim only plan with carrier, theres no loyalty from o2 when you can go to vodafone or ee or the other non main carriers

This is really poor for customers that have been with a company over 20 years and have brought friends and family to o2
