My device plan says it ends on 31st may....but the final payment comes out of the bank on 11th june...can i request a pac code to end the contract with no fees on the 31st may or do i have to wait until the money has been taken from the bank on 11th ...

The lady was adamant that i need to give 30 days notice ...and started going on about it being in my terms and conditions....to confirm i wont need a pac or stac code or keep number i just want to kill the airtime off once 2 year 02 refresh contract ...

I rang 02 and said i dont need a pac or stac code just want to cancel contract...my contract ends on 11th june ..she said i need to ring up on the 12th may to give 30 days notice ..is this correct

If i dont need a stac or pac code as not moving to a new network keeping phone as spare ..device is paid off ..how soon can o2 terminate airtime contract etc
