Just got mine unlocked today after 8 days it was quite quick after I rang them on Saturday told them I did it on my o2 a week ago they said they had no record of me trying to do it on my o2 but the lady said she would do it over phone all done now .....

As long as it pays for a glass back or a screen if I ever need it but hopefully I never do ( I’m very careful with my phones ocd )I never let the wife touch it she can break phones by looking at them 
