When I try to change from PAYG to a rolling plan I get the message "you
have attempted an action that goes against your current plan" or
something like that
I'm so sorry, I thought I was talking to an automated bot, you must
think I'm incredibly rude! I realised I can't change my plan as I
already have a change pending which doesn't take affect until the 9th.
