Account (REMOVED) I've received a final bill demand for £0.45 but can't
access payment via MyO2 as number disconnected and no existing DD.
Please give O2 phone number so I can make payment by card.
Bank transfer is the answer and then you have verification of your
payment on your bank statement. Waste of time going to the O2 shop as
they don't take bill payments and have the same issues trying to get a
resolution from their own Customer Service...
Thanks for the numbers - finally reached customer service after 90 mins
wait, only to be informed that I will have to go nearest O2 shop to pay
by card!
