So basically any credit is subject to the 20% vat. I was with EE previously and never remember when I claimed a £10 airtime rewards credit only getting £8 off my bill (which is the £10 minus 20% vat) ?

Is the Blue light discount only when you first sign up or take out a new contract i.e. you can't add it at a few months later. And what if you brought through a reseller like mobile phones direct does that make any difference? Thanks
