I've been moved from Virgin to O2 for about 2 monrhs ago and I get
"Unknown" or "private number" as my caller Id on incoming. Its not my
phone as an 02 shop have tried SIM in another phone . I have had a new
SIM but still have the issue. Shop suggest...
