Hi there my o2 app isn’t letting me log in? I’ve tried deleting it and re-downloading it? any ideas?

Hi there im trying to log in to my o2. But everytime I try to see my bill, it re asks me to login and when I am, it says my mobile number is attached to another account? And doesn’t let me through? Any ideas?
