Hello, I would like to cancel my current plan ending in 162102 as I
already have a new number and the number was supposed to switch over
which I thought would end the plan by itself, this was what I was told
by Virgin mobile.
Unsure why this even got put here, I clicked on talk to the bot using
the link and now my message appeared here, feel free to ignore as I was
going for a live chat option
