Wht are yoy sending me messages about a new direct debit when I have
been paying you for years. there is no need for a new direct debit. I
still have the same phone. Looks like I need to move to another company
and get some better service.
You keep sending me messages saying that you are setting up a new direct
debit for me. This is wrong as I have already been paying a direct debit
to you for years. Why has this changed? I do not need a new direct
debit.
