O2

I am new to O2. My number has not ported, I have done all the prep, PAC etc was given a time today and it didnt happen. Should I worry?

I have just switched to O2, sent in the PAC to O2, the ph was showing no service this morning so I assumed my previous provider had cut my service, number had been ported. I swapped in the O2 sim and I do not have my old number. How do I sort this? T...

Hi, I've moved to O2, have sent off the PAC to keep my existing number. When do I swap the phone sim for the new O2 one? Now or when I am told the number has been migrated over.Thanks
