Hi, I've recently been changed over from Virgin to O2, but I'm unsure
what my package is. I have money from o2 coming out my bank and separate
money from virgin coming out too.
So my o2 account is saying I'm due an upgrade and is giving me options
for a full new phone plan, so how would that work out with my current
phone plan?
