Thanks M15. That's the advice Support gave me when I phoned and it has
worked. He also said that would stop the multiple texts problem and so
far I haven't had another.
I've had exactly the same problem. Got the first text at 18.09 on
28/06/23 telling me that was my switch date. A bit late. I thought the
texts were continuing because I hadn't had my phone off on the 28th. The
transfer seemed to be successful till I ...
