Hi @Chris_K, thanks for the explanation. So in future I'll keep an eye on the Android Developer page to see if there's an O2 specific update.

O2 still need to sign off on the update before it can be distributed to Pixel 2 XLs on their network (like mine that I purchased through CPW).
