sent to recipients, is this something that is supposed to happen or is
it a bug?
I too have seen SMS delivery receipts not working anymore and O2
ignoring the *0# on text messages.I phoned customer service and they
were clueless on the feature... I even mentioned a former staff member
confirmed it to be a thing:
