i had a contract with use under my number , virgin then offered me a 02 sim as part of my package I changed sim and requested the same number be kept , in the chnage over I’ve been locked out of the 02 app which wont allow me back in as saying my acc...

My bill usally comes out of my account automatically but today it is sayingits over due , im trying to log into app to see if i can pay and the apps not working, can use not try taking the payment again via DD?
