I need to unlock my old o2 iPhone, I’m no longer a 02 customer. The links are only for o2 customers

I’m going round in circles here, need to use my old phone whilst my new phone is repaired. Old phone is locked to o2, new sim is for three mobile. All the links I’ve tried seem to be for current o2 customers. Any help please.
