Just wanted to say a big thank you for the help in the community, and to
@O2Emma for diagnosing and fixing. It was apparently something called a
split port where my old number had got stuck on the EE network as well
as working on O2.
Thanks Martin. New to the community and new to O2. Sadly a bad
experience so far with the number port only partially completed. Turned
to the community as getting nowhere with the CS route. Details of the

Thanks @pgn . I have a case number and was promised contact from O2 tech
support yesterday morning. Still nothing and the social team seem to
take days to reply. I’m still unable to receive texts from companies on
my new O2 sim. I’m also at the point...
So I have this exact same issue. And going round in circles with O2 CS.
Port was from from iPhone12 on EE to iPhone14 on O2. Texts and calls
working both ways to other numbers. But anything for eBay, bank, paypal
and other organisations is coming up ...
