I’m waiting to upgrade my sim only to the iPhone 14 in September and I
was eligible to upgrade on my account a couple of days ago, now it’s
telling me to wait another 2 months and 28 days! Can somebody tell me
what is going on here?
not sure, but I popped into an o2 store today and they said you should
still be able to upgrade after 3 months. However when they logged into
my account it said I have an additional three months to wait. I was
waiting all this time iPhone 14, and if ...
I’ve had o2 via Twitter to access my account however they mentioned that
they can change the upgrade date from the timescale of 3-9 months which
is completely unfair. Has anyone experienced this issue before ?
