I have been unable to get online since Friday, apparently a phone mast
is down and they have been trying to fix it.... how comes no one gets in
touch to tell me this? Not even a text? Am I expected to pay for a
service I am not getting?

Hi... I have virgin and o2. I was told part of my package would give me
the volt benefits.... on the app I am trying to activate my volt
benefits, however I keep getting to a page that tells me I need to have
virgin and o2 to to get these benefits......
