Changing tarrif

If I change tarrif do I keep current saved up data or does it set back to zero. I’m currently on £10 big bundle tarrif , pay as gocheers people

Similar thing happened to friend of mine. Seems some o2 sales people will say whatever and baffle you with long drawn out sales pitch just to get the sale and it’s left to customer to prove they were misled. Once you sign up your done.
