Trying to cancel my contract. I’m four hours in to being on hold. Is
there any other option available for cancellation? Before I was in two
minds about switching to Giff Gaff. Now it’s a cert.
Call rang out after four-and-a-half hours. Half a day wasted on an issue
that remains unresolved. All chat agents are apparently busy. Surely O2
cannot effectively bar customers from leaving like this.
