Number ported but no confirmation text and my O2 account still says the old number. I thought it would have been completed by 6pm?

I'm due to have my number transferred to O2 tomorrow now. Do I have to wait 30 days before I can request my PAC code now?

What if I take a contract out with a different network? Can I still port back out from O2 this week or do I have to wait a certain amount of time?

Thanks. I completed the form last night. Once it goes through, I presume I can request a PAC code straight away from O2 to transfer it to my new contract I'm about to start?
