Just upgraded my phone from my old samsung A20e to the new pixel 7, i have put all my contacts in my phone book and i got my first text from one of my contacts but it only showed the number it was from and not the name of the person it was from, anyo...

I'm getting a message across my phone that emergency calls only, my bill gets paid out of my account and it's up to date, is there a network problem or something else.

Is the o2 store in comercial road portsmouth shut down ?i walked passed it yesterday and it was empty all the stuff in the shop gone no info on shop window about moving or anything.

Can i buy any sim free mobile phone from anywhere and bring it in to o2 to get my sim only account put on it.
