I’m trying to get some help can somebody talk to me over my o2 contract 

I’m currently in Spain just re newed my contract to unlimited all and few days later my data stopped working when I’m outside the WiFi area .. what’s wrong now ..I cannot speak to guru I cannot chat online I called 202 stupid automation system drives...
