Hi I hope this is the correct place for this? My phone has been overheating whilst not in use and I have started experiencing problems with the phone.I've closed all apps and done the device care and all is good. Ran a virus scan and that's clean too...

I play CODM, but I have the graphics set to a minimum and a few other settings also set to low as to not make my phone overheat, FIshdom (frequently) and Tiownship (as and when I am bored of the other two) That is it as far as games go on my phone.

Thank you. I have decided to get in touch with Samsung and get them to either repair it or replace it. I fear the latter is the best option as things are going south and fast with this handset with regards to problems.

I would hardly say "I KEEP POSTING THE SAME QUERY" in my head it was two different questions, but then I went on a bit of a rant lol. I posted this then I found out how to get to my orignial post, so I came back to this to delete it, but I can't.

All the phones I have had have been sent back to O2 to "Be repaired" yet none of them have been and have been replaced with used phones. I will contact Samsung and chat with them. But that will mean I am without a phone while it goes off to be replac...
