So applied for a tablet credit check was declined but after I had to pay £20 upfront fee!! Does this get reimbursed

How do I go about changing my mobile number for my giffgaff work phone number pay as you go! to my o2 account number (main number) so I’m wanting my work number now to be used as my contract sim o2 number if this makes sense.
