I want to find out why there is an extra £5 charge on my bill but can’t get through on the phone or start a live chat Can anyone suggest what i should do Thank you
On o2 you are supposed to have an option to chat about an issue. But when you click virtual assistant you are put through to the community Can this fault be reported as its impossible to get through on the phone
