I want to share some of my data with a friend who also has an O2 account. How can I do this?

Tariff not going down in price when my contract comes to an end

My phone contract is coming to an end in December and my tariff is not going down in price as expected. It is remaining at £49 when I am no longer paying for the device. I was told it would go down by approximately £20 when my contract ends.
