My contract is up, do I need a stac code to tell o2 I am leaving or can
I just cancel the direct debit?How do I get the stac code. I text 75075
to request the code but just got an error message. Any other

I cannot use mobile data. I have been to the Apple store and they ran
some tests and say there is nothing wrong with the device. I‘m getting
no help from o2.I have factory re-set the device and re-set factory

interested. They have done nothing to help me and have confirmed they
will no longer add a credit to my account.

No. I returned to the office when lockdown restrictions eased I had no
connection to mobile data.Seems to have happened overnight. The 4g icon
appears in the screen but no webpages load and no connection to emails.
