This has been going on for six weeks, after much wrangling with 02 they
say it must be samsungs fault. I dont undersrand why either if them cant
unlock my phone? It works with 02 sim just not other.

The shops are shut and the website is a nightmare. There doesnt seem to
be anywhere that I can click on to cancel my contract and nobody

That's strange as I hadn't put the code in that many times and always
put the numbers in correctly. Also hypothetically if it was hardlocked
why would the 02 sim still work?
It won't let me do that. It asks me what I want and doesn't give me a
