email address or live chat facility and cannot find one.Does anyone know

I did just get through to their live chat. Unfortunately they said they
did not deal with car insurance queries via live chat, and I'd have to
call and download some specialist software to tranlsate the phone
conversation into text. It's pretty poor ...
