I recently upgraded from a pay monthly contact to a sim only contract at
£10 a month. Yesterday I got charged £33.68 from my old contract and I’m
not sure why?
My contract is ending, I want to upgrade from a monthly contract with a
phone to just sim only.Is this possible and will I be able to keep the
same phone number?
I changed at the end of my contract as I got a notification from O2
saying I can upgrade.My bill via my O2 says my bill is £10 monthly which
is correct but I got charged £33.68 yesterday which was the tariff of my

The options I’ve been given online under ‘Your upgrade options’
are‘Packages for you’ and ‘More devices”. Nothing to do with sim only.If
