I have been trying to purchase an Apple S5 watch through the app for 2 weeks now and I just get an error message. Anybody else experiencing this?

Yeah I’ve called them so many times and spoken online but nobody knows the problem just keep saying everything with my account is ok and check again in a few hours . So frustrating

I have tried through safari on the o2 website aswell. It says I don’t have a number to connect too but I have a o2 pay monthly 路♀️
