so i went onto my bank account and i have realised the money i payed a week ago for my new phone is still on the pending? is this because they can’t process it because out of stock or should i be worried that it hasn’t gone through?

It’s now been a week since i ordered my phone, i got emailed all the legal documents and agreements aswell as them telling me they have my order so i’m sure it went through. however i have no received my phone yet and it’s been a week, no more emails...

I’ve ordered a new phone on friday and payed £6.99 for delivery and it’s sunday and still has not came. I’m waiting to see if it comes tomorrow. Also the My o2 app is not letting me on and says i’m not registered but when i login on my o2 on the webs...
