I have just used my card to clear my balance via app but had no confirmation this has been done . Can you check please .
My contract expired last month , when I try to change tariff I get options I don’t want , too expensive . I saw the sim only offer of 20gb for .£15 . As I am already with o2 do I need to buy this new SIM card ?
