Hi I have just bought a new pay monthly sim for an existing phone I
have. The number that O2 have given is not to my liking. Can I have it
changed? If so, could I have it changed to the number of a mobile I had
some time ago and let lapse? Thank you
Thank you for your reply. The phone number I previously had just beeps
(about 1 sec apart) when I ring it. I think that would indicate that no
one is using it.
Thank you for your helpful reply. I have obtained a PAC from O2 even
though I intend to stay with O2. When you say to contact customer
service which one, O2 or The company from whom I bought the new mobile?
