...it is STILL not here. I've now had to take a day off work to get this sorted, as I need the phone for my job. I've since rung DHL and they say it was scanned onto the van yesterday but now THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS?!?!?! I'M PAYING ALMOST £1000 ...

Why am I being asked to log in to my 02 when i'm already logged in to my 02????

Can anyone explain why I'm being asked to log in to My O2 when I'm already logged in to My O2? I actually wanted to upgrade my phone as its near the of my 24 month contract but at this rate, I think EE or maybe Vodaphone will get my business instead....
