I have rung them 4 times, they keep saying different things. Was hoping someone from o2 that were working the forums was available to help as they have helped with other issues previously. Thanks for your comment though.

It’s only started the last week. Prior to this I had no problems. I asked about spend cap and they said I have no limit on my calls etc.

@O2Lisa re-sync’d my account - I lost service for a minute. Turned my phone off and back on and it was working! - hopefully she can help you?
