I did a top up for £10 and didn't use my credit at all. I had travelled abroad and was using a local number there. When I was returning to UK my credit was on £0.00 .I did not use my phone at all. How is this possible ?

I'm using Samsung S10 plus. I am able connect to O2 Wi-Fi manually everywhere I go except this Sainsburys store at Aylesford, ME20 7NA. Please can someone help me with this.

I had saved a 50p reward. I am wanting to add this to my phone credit. I tried texting CLAIM to 50202 from my mobile but it came as, "Start topping up and you'll earn 10% back in rewards " Help please. How can I retrieve my saved reward.
