Think I found a way round it lol if I set sim 1 o2 to divert all calls to sim 2 asda it works I have unlimited mins do I pay extra to do this my contract ends end sept

So great staff in o2 shop changed dim but still no good bless them they tried everything so we decided to back up and do factory reset.... Oh poo!!! Did full reset and it still not fixed sim works fine in other mobile so it's got to be mobile setting...
