I bought a Bolt on last month and was told the unused data would carry
over. It’s not showing in my allowance, and when I look at my bolt ons
it tells me how much I bought, but not how much I have left. Any advice
please? Thanks
Hi - I bought some extra data last month and didn’t use it all. I had a
text from 02 saying it would be carried over, but it’s not showing on my

Hi, I'm having problems connecting an iPad to my iPhone using personal
hotspot. It was working fine until I bought a data bolt on, and now they
won't connect. I've made sure auto join hotspot is enabled etc. Any help
much appreciated, thanks
I've just taken out a new contract- I should be paying £19 per month for
airtime, but first bill has just arrived charging me £22.67. Any idea
why this might be? I apparantly sent one picture message at 54p but
other than that I haven't over used any...
