If I purchased an International Bolt On does it cover calls made earlier that day? Thanks.

Many thanks for the swift clarification. Oh well at least I can save myself panic buying a Bolt On which I don't need. Thankfully, the call wasn't a huge charge (but it was less than the cost of a Bolt On).
